Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launches, limited drops, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ERO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders flagged for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale purposes.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Some products may be released as pre-orders or made-to-order items. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeline. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions. ERO is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We currently ship across Canada through trusted courier partners including Canada Post, UPS, and other regional carriers depending on availability and destination.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
International Shipping
ERO ships internationally to select countries including the United States, United Kingdom, and parts of Europe.

Other International Destinations: 7–21 business days
International shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country. ERO is not responsible for these charges.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
ERO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ERO is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for review.
Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is offered at checkout and selected by the customer, eligible issues involving lost, stolen, or damaged packages may qualify for replacement or reimbursement based on the protection provider’s terms.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
