Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through ERO are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will issue a refund or replacement only if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used on the order

  • Clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The damage/defect

    • Original packaging

    • Shipping label

Failure to provide clear photographic evidence may result in denial of your claim.

ERO reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective.

3. Items Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • We may require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

ERO is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation at delivery.

Refunds for lost packages are reviewed case-by-case.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delayed shipping caused by carrier

  • Minor thread variations or natural fabric characteristics

  • Items damaged after wear

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund requests that do not meet our requirements

  • Refuse future service to customers who abuse the system

  • Request additional verification when necessary

6. Approved Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
